A record of all points earned will be maintained by the Activities
Director. The attendance sign-in sheet presented at the monthly meetings will be used to
credit your attendance. The sign-in sheet will also be on the table after the meeting so
you can sign as you are waiting to get your hog card stamped. The
release forms used for rides will be documentation for award credits.
After each
event has concluded (meetings included) a running total of point holders will be placed on
the website (down below
)
for all to see. If you see a discrepancy with your total please email the activities
director (2008activities@sweetwaterhog.com) for resolution.
There will be TWO awards ceremonies during the year. All points will be
totaled up
AFTER the annual Birthday Party Picnic
in July and a winner will be announced at the August meeting.
Another award will be presented at the January 2008 monthly meeting announcing the
individual who has accumulated the most points during the
entire year.
In case of a tie the names of those individuals will be placed in a hat and the Activities
Director will draw the winning name at the August and January monthly meeting.
